Despite only being gone from Thedas a few days, he’s already missing it. This new place hasn’t been particularly stressful to get used to, other than one or two things here and there, but it’s still unfamiliar. Bull is not. And at least one stable thing between worlds in the form of a big scary Qunari? That’s nice. That’s really nice.
